4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations made at least 4 hours before your appointment are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 4 hours before your appointment will receive a 50% refund.
- No-shows will be charged 100% of the treatment fee.
- Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice.
- Group bookings (3 or more guests) require 48 hours' notice for cancellations or changes.
- Gift cards are non-refundable and valid for one year from the date of issue.
- Any bank or transaction fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
